This is the training page for Metro Denver. Please be sure you work in Metro Denver before registering for training. Training attended in another CoC is not valid.
WHAT TRAINING DO I NEED?
HMIS 101 - This is a series of videos that everyone is required to watch. The videos are posted below. Once you have completed the videos, please reach out to your agencies DPAL to get access to the HMIS 101 quiz.
HMIS 201 - Once you've completed HMIS 101, you will then need to register for HMIS 201 HERE. This is an interactive training class where you will meet (virtually for right now) with the trainer and go through the system. A COMPUTER WITH AUDIO AND WEBCAM IS REQUIRED.
HMIS 301 - This is training for OneHome, the coordinated entry system in Metro Denver. This training is an interactive training class where you will meet (virtually) with the trainer. You must take this class to administer VISPDATS. You must have an active HMIS login to attend this training. You can register for HMIS 301 HERE. A COMPUTER WITH AUDIO AND WEBCAM IS REQUIRED.
WAITLIST: When a class is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. If a spot on that date opens up, you will be contacted via email. If you are not contacted, that means the class is full and you will not be able to attend that date. The only way to guarantee a spot is to sign up for an open class.
**Class sizes are limited and first come, first serve. Additional training dates will be added the 15th of every month. If you need to cancel your registration, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org 2 days before your training. Anyone that no shows without notice will be wait-listed for future trainings.**

NOTE: the first video describes 3 CoC's in Colorado. As of April 1st, 2020, Colorado is welcoming a fourth CoC- Northern Colorado, consisting of Larimer and Weld Counties.
