The Colorado Balance of State (BoS) Continuum of Care (CoC) is a federally recognized regional planning body that helps coordinate housing and services to families and individuals experiencing homelessness across 54 counties in Colorado. These 54 counties are further divided into 10 subregions. Additional information about the BoS counties and subregions can be found below.
The COHMIS Lead agency for the BoS CoC is the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), Division of Housing (DOH).
