The following Clarity Human Services Help Center article provides an overview of the Attendance Tool (also referred to as the Attendance Module). With this tool, end users are able to assign services for clients without having to navigate to their individual profiles or enrollments, which can be an efficient way to assign the same service to a large number of clients (ex: Bed Nights / Overnight Shelter Stays, Meals, etc.). This tool is is designed with congregate shelter environments in mind, and with certain settings enabled, can give volunteers the ability to assign services to clients without granting them access to other areas of the system, which can help reduce training needs for end users who only have a need to use this functionality.
