The following Clarity Human Services Help Center article explains how to remove a program exit via the Reopen Client Program functionality. View the full article here.
Note that there are a couple cases in which you may need to use the Reopen Client Program functionality:
- If you need to make a quick data fix, such as fixing an incorrectly entered date or adding a service you forgot to record before the program exit was created. (In this case, you would need to re-exit the client after fixing the data.)
- If you need to remove the program exit entirely because the client was unintentionally exited from the program. (In this case, you would leave the program enrollment open.)
You should NOT reopen the client program if a client previously exited and has now returned to the program. In that case, you would create a new program enrollment.
